I'm a member. Why am I not receiving messages?
Our church uses a variety of methods to communicate with our members and friends. These include social media, email, text messages, and phone calls. On occasion we will solely use email to pass along important, member specific information.
Some members have not been receiving these messages, and this usually boils down to one of the following reasons:
Email is going to SPAM
Please check the SPAM or JUNK folder in your email client to see if any of our messages have gone there. You can mark these emails as “Not Junk” and add “[email protected]” to your list of contacts to avoid this happening in the future.
Profile information is missing or incorrect
We try to maintain accurate records on our members, but we understand that members sometimes change their phones, email addresses, and other contact info. Fortunately, you have the ability to update your profile at any time by clicking the Update My Profile button above. This will ensure that we always have your correct information.
Hopefully, correcting these two items will get you back up and running, but if not, just send an email to [email protected] and we'll work with you to resolve any remaining issues.
